To protect our patrons and maintain fair access to all events, the Jeanne & Peter Lougheed Performing Arts Centre strictly enforces the following ticket policy:
Official Ticket Source: All legitimate tickets to events at the Jeanne & Peter Lougheed Performing Arts Centre are available only through our official website. Tickets purchased through any other ticketing company or reseller may be fraudulent and invalid.
Resale Prohibition: Reselling tickets on third-party ticketing sites is strictly prohibited and is monitored.
Invalid Third-Party Tickets: Tickets obtained from a third-party seller or unauthorized source will not be honored for entry, and no refund will be issued.
Account Suspension for Resellers: Any Patron suspected of engaging in ticket reseller activity (e.g., scalping) will have all current and future tickets immediately cancelled, and their account will be permanently suspended.
