General Conditions
Ticket Holder acknowledges all risks incidental to attending any event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after The Event, and hereby agrees to assume all risks. Ticket Holder agrees to adhere to age restrictions set forth by the organizer. Event Host reserves the right to refuse admission and/or to expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct is deemed by it to be objectionable. Expulsion cancels this ticket and the holder thereupon forfeits all claims, including any claim to a refund of the ticket price. Tickets are non-refundable and any tickets deemed lost, stolen or damaged beyond redemption will not be honoured. Admission is subject to compliance with applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and facility or venue rules (‘The Rules’). Your ticket does not guarantee entry. Failure to comply with The Rules may result in non-admission or expulsion. In conformance with The Rules: alcohol, illegal drugs, cameras, recording devices, clothing not being worn and bags or containers of any kind, or other items may be excluded from the premises. Ticket Holder consents to a reasonable examination of their person and belongings to ensure compliance. Price shown is inclusive of all taxes and facility charges where applicable. Without the express written consent of The Event host, no ticket sold shall be resold, given away or disposed of by the purchaser in connection with any promotion by the purchaser of any products or services whatsoever or for any commercial purpose. No outside food or beverages will be allowed on the premises. Ticket Holder agrees that filming and photos of The Event may be used for promotional purposes, without compensation to the Ticket Holder.
Admission & Compliance
Admission is subject to compliance with all federal and provincial laws, municipal by-laws, and facility rules (“The Rules”).

- Age Restrictions: Ticket holders must adhere to any age restrictions set forth by the organizer for specific performances.
- Searches: The Ticket Holder consents to a reasonable examination of their person and belongings to ensure compliance with facility safety rules.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges permitted for any tickets purchased. By completing your transaction, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your selection and agree to this “No Refund” policy.

Ticket Resale & Unauthorized Sources
To protect our patrons and ensure fair access to performances, the following anti-scalping measures are strictly enforced:
- Resale Prohibition: Reselling tickets on third-party ticketing sites (e.g., StubHub, Viagogo, Vivid Seats) is strictly prohibited and actively monitored.
- Invalid Third-Party Tickets: Tickets obtained from an unauthorized source or third-party seller will not be honored for entry. No refunds or compensation will be issued by the facility for invalid tickets purchased through these channels.
- Account Suspension: Any patron suspected of engaging in ticket reseller activity or scalping will have all current and future tickets immediately cancelled without refund. Furthermore, the associated account will be permanently suspended from future purchases.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Gift cards are stored-value cards that may be redeemable for the purchase of tickets to any available performance of a show presented at the Jeanne & Peter Lougheed Performing Arts Centre in Camrose, Alberta. An up to date listing can be found at camroselive.ca and is subject to availability at the time of redemption. Gift cards and ticket sales are all processed through Showpass.com. All gift certificate redemptions are a final sale, meaning no refunds or exchanges.
If your final ticket purchase is less than the cash value of the gift card, the unused balance will be placed in your gift card account to be used for future transactions. If your final ticket purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, you will be required to pay the difference with a valid debit or credit card in order to complete the ticket purchase.You can check your remaining gift card balance at any time online from your ShowPass account or by calling (780) 608-2922.
The gift card can be redeemed at camroselive.ca, showpass.com, or by telephone at (780) 608-2922. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, used toward previous purchases, used to purchase other gift cards, or resold.
